      Great to start a career at. Opportunties to work in a variety of industries and product lines.

      Cons

      Still too much focus on easy dollar signs with SOX work and not enough on the new "Solutions" path that would be most beneficial for this company in the future.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
