      The people are really great to work with! They are FAN-tastic. At least most of them.

      Consultants tend to have a lot of downtime. They do a lot of hanging out sometimes

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
