      coworkers, happy hours, the opportunity to expose yourself to different clients

      Cons

      cliques that were formed. managers having favorites who they would use all the time; only sox work available, no business risk etc which was a selling point of theirs during the interview process.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
