Pros

It's a good place to launch a career because one gets a good overview of different companies, industries, and business processes and best practices. It's a great way to be exposed to different management styles and the way corporations are run. However, the company's work is primarily Sarbanes Oxley work and after 2 years, the work can be redundant, and boring. There are very limited projects that are non-SOX and are interesting and/or requires intellect. People are great here. Everyone is very nice, and generally decently smart people. The company generally does a good job of investing in the training of its people.

Cons

Its employees are underpaid and the work is not that challenging.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
