      Pros

      Career advancement opportunities are abundant. Managers are really helpful and even senior management is accessible (at times). If you want to join a niche team, it's not that hard, you just have to talk to people in HR.

      Cons

      I don't always agree with the promotions and I think politics plays a role there. The whole promotions process is opaque. Extreme cost cutting measures might start to encroach upon benefits, but that is just speculation.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
