      the firm is a leader in a niche service line that is not an absolute requirement for clients to purchase. therefore there is a lot of pressure to sell at all managerial and above ranks of the company.ny.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
