      small shop; good benefits; not much else

      Cons

      Clubby hierarchy, classic good ole boy climate. Biased manager of group who in words of a long term colleague, did nothing for anyone. When I requested mtg for review, mgr claimed to not remember prior feedback he had given. Yet continued to label me with others.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
