Managers and Senior Managers are just self serving individuals using whoever it takes at whatever cost it takes to make it to Director. I've been told mandatory overtime and eat lunch at your desk. It makes for a very stressful situation. Pay is also not on par with the experience people bring. Promotions are not based on who is most qualified but on who is most liked. Heed this warning if you are considering applying to this company.
