      Pros

      Organization focused on the future, recent launch of an excellent consulting methodology, committment from the senior management to bring in the required changes, decent knowledge sharing, does not go by number of years of experience as the only yardstick, people focused more on getting the job done right (client work) rather than on unnecessary style and glamour

      Cons

      Not the best paymaster, audit culture still prevails which needs to be broken to establish a consulting mindset.

      Pros

      Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

      Cons

      Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

      Pros

      Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

      Cons

      Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
