Pros

CTO was generous, pay was about average / what you would expect. The promotion timeline was nice to know... 2/2.5 years to become a senior consultant, 5 years to become manager, etc.

Cons

The micromanagement in the Atlanta office was unbelievably terribly. Wouldn't allow employees to work at home (before Covid, obviously). Would do laps around the floor to check and make sure you're working. The work itself was extremely unfulfilling and tedious for no reason. Additionally, they didn't offer a very inclusive environment when it came to learning and made you feel like an idiot if you didn't know something. This could've just been my experience with the senior manager and manager who I worked with on my projects in my time there, but it truly rubbed off the wrong way on me and I would not recommend this firm or the Atlanta office to anyone.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
