      Pros

      Protiviti is a good place to work - solid co-workers. Additionally, the culture is also strong based off of the Andersen Roots.

      Cons

      Currently the ownership structure (sub of Robert Half) is not desireable, as RHI often times meddles in the management of day to day operations.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
