      Nothing is good about this company

      Cons

      Bad culture. Bad compensation. Long hours without pay. As entry level consultant my travel expense was limited to $30 per night in hotels ( also that client was very stingy).

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
