      Some managers are very flexible on work schedules and try to put you on projects you like.

      The growing speed is faster than the company can keep up, resulting terrible culture from lots of newly promoted terrible managers.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
