Pros

- Pushfor is a great company to grow and flourish in. There is no limit on the impact you can have, as you are not constrained to the boundaries of your role. You feel like you are learning so much, as you get to work on an array of projects and take on different responsibilities. - There is more of a bottom-up management approach here, as the company empowers everyone to question any decision and make their opinions heard. You are surrounded by smart and committed people, so it's no surprise that Pushfor want to reap the benefits of the specialised skills and talents of its employees, whilst also encouraging them to communicate their great ideas! - The product itself is great and everyone has such a passion to drive it forward and see it succeed. Work is so much more rewarding as a result. - The management team are supportive, and we have flexible hours, as well as a wide range of benefits. - More offices are opening up globally including a new office in LA, meaning more opportunities for Pushfor employees.

Cons

There are growing pains with any company when it expands at such a rapid rate. It can be exciting, but it also comes with challenges. People need to be prepared to work hard to reap great results.

Pros

Fantastic colleagues; it is a privilege to work with them. I get emotional thinking about how lucky I am. I've grown as an engineer and as a person. I've gone through the team in my head; I can safely say, I've learned something from every single one. The company has a lot of traction, we're clearly headed somewhere big. Flexible work environment with great benefits. The office is very laid back, I'm treated like an adult. I'm not policed over every little thing. Despite being down to Earth, we still achieve great things. We have autonomy to make technical decisions. This does not always translate to road-map decisions, but our feedback is taken into consideration. The opportunity to push the boundaries of engineering. It's not all just gluing code together over here! Everyone is very passionate, and the intention is always to improve the company.

Cons

As the company has gained traction, the processes haven't caught up. We still haven't perfected the art of disagreeing. High pressure moments. Without the well composed colleagues I have, these situations would be insurmountable.
