- QRT does not Interview candidates because it genuinely seeks to hire, instead it is a process to survey and extract information about the competition - The company is setup to benefit long term employees. Management seeks to extract as much IP as possible from new hires, and than makes them redundant, leaving junior staff to run the trading strategies initiated by new teams.
