      Friendly work environment, smart people, good compensation

      Cons

      - QRT does not Interview candidates because it genuinely seeks to hire, instead it is a process to survey and extract information about the competition - The company is setup to benefit long term employees. Management seeks to extract as much IP as possible from new hires, and than makes them redundant, leaving junior staff to run the trading strategies initiated by new teams.

      Pros

      Working at QRT is a truly rewarding experience. Since I joined I have been impressed with the high levels of collaboration across the group and the speed and innovation in which the firm operates. The new offices are a great environment, but I have felt equally supported working from home for part of the week.

      Cons

      Due to COVID I have not spent as much time in the office meeting colleagues as I would have liked, it will be great to return and meet colleagues in the near future
