Pros
I am going to highlight my experience while working with QTS. You can determine what you like and do not like about this instead of me providing my pros and cons. I was recruited to join QTS from a major tech firm with the sole objective of building a sustainable business in a very specific industry vertical. In the interview process, QTS promised to provide me with the tools, resources and people to make this business successful. Additionally, they promised unwavering support from both the Board and Executive Leadership Team. I had free reign to go in whatever direction to build the business. They understood that not everything would work right away but ensured me that it was ok to fail. That being said we had to fail really, really fast and move on. Most importantly, while results were expected quickly, they guaranteed patience to let things develop. Fast forward to today. Every one of the commitments that I mentioned above was lived up to and then some. Like every business, we have had our share of good days and bad days. Some people have grown in their positions and others have determined that this was not a good fit. This is OK and to be expected. As many like to say here at QTS “Good Days Add Up.” This is so true with my situation. This company is on the cusp of something very special and I am proud to be part of it. As you look through the reviews of QTS and others in our space, ask yourself this question. If you ask, will the company you are considering give you what you need to be successful to build your personal business?
