Cons
Revolving door. Good old boys club. Favoritism and nepotism (HR and CTO). Sales management have "God" like mentality. Cloud Business Managers are difficult to work with and opinionated. IaaS & DRaaS pricing is not competitive. Lack of communication and cohesiveness. Facilities, marketing and product teams non responsive to requests. Corporate intranet needs a lot of work. Prayer at sales kick-offs, company events, and weekly sales team meetings. Seasoned sales executives required to learn and use Richardson Sales Training which is a joke and a waste of time. Less than a quarter of sales reps are hitting quota year over year. QTS will fire you at will and often giving you a PIP with less than 30 days to turn it around. NO BRAND RECOGNITION outside of the Atlanta market. Stock options offered at market rate. QTS will pay the $8.00 transaction fee. No Presidents club and exit interviews.
