Wonderful being able to choose my work hours being part time. Pay is good for part time as well. Good opportunities to network through their Toastmasters club. Rockin’ summer picnic! Prettiest parking lot of all places I’ve worked (Sussex plant)
Cons
The print industry has not been kind to this place Declining amount of work to do Too much standing around Sketchy co-workers The floor may not be around long enough for younger workers to make an operator role into a career Health insurance is too expensive for what it’s worth as a part timer There’s no moving up they just shuffle workers into different roles for the same pay rate
