Pros
Some management is very communicative and appreciates the group of people working with them. If you are original Quad employees (not employees from their two mergers) then you have an excellent chance of being recognized for your hard work and promoted. Career advancement opportunities if you are willing to move as required.
Cons
If you are employees from companies Quad merged with then you are not treated as equal. Less promotional opportunities for these people. Benefits for those not at original Quad plants not as good. Pay at lower end of range for jobs. Not a great work-life balance. When someone leaves the group just gets more work instead of hiring a replacement.
