This company is very widespread and covers many different print capabilities. Because of this, there are many different career avenues that can be explored until you find one that's right for you. They are an international company, so this allows for travel opportunities as well. The employees at Quad/Graphics are respectful, become fast friends, and help each other out whenever needed.
Cons
As Quad/Graphics continues to buy out companies, sales have a tendency to slow down. This makes work and production slower. It can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the influx of work and then have a slow month immediately after. Management also tends to try out their own ideas and concepts for how things need to be run before taking the better advice of the employees.
