Pros
40 hours a week was minimum, so there was always work to be done.
Cons
Only $15 an hour at part-time with no benefits given. I had to work 40+ hours a week while not being considered a full-time worker, even though I told them from the beginning that I was able to work full-time. Working full time to them is just being allowed to have the benefits and extra pay.
