Well its a pay check and if you want to work non stop overtime you can make a ok living
Cons
Company seems to have no real plan at the lower levels. Most of the Manager don't really have the right skill set for the job. constant fear of job being eliminated. everyone is out for there self. main due to the environment management has created. What training? is a common phrase I like to use. The printing industry is down sizing Oh and a complete Cult mentality
