Teams collaborate to share ideas and knowledge. Ideas are very well received and there is always a positive form of feedback. Everyone is always working towards changing the company for the better and growing together.
Cons
Tripling in size over night and continuing to grow worldwide can be challenging to keep up with, but the future is looking very bright and exciting!
