Pros
Fairly decent benefits but not great, full packages are not offered, they must be negotiated. Overall fun work for the creative field. Lovely team members. Emphasis on efficient workflows is great. Would work here again if negotiation and compensation are fair.
Cons
Will always air on the side of underpaid. Little done to vet leadership. Current structuring enables overworking in times of high volume even with freelance support. Often hiring externally opposed to internal climbing.
