If you like being on call in the evenings and weekends to put out fires.....
Cons
No work boundaries or work life balance, managers pile on more work than can be handled by one person. Managers never say no to the client because they are Walmart and fear of loosing the account. Manager are out of touch. Pay is horrible for working 60+ hours a week. Lines are very blured betweek taking orders from Quad or Walmart managers.
