Coworkers are nice and willing to help
Cons
- Low pay for the amount of work they pile on you. I have coworkers that work weekends often to keep up with what they are assigned. - Some of the sales people are ridiculous, I don't know how they have been in their position for years and still don't know how to properly hand off an account. - Micromanaging leadership and sales groups. - Pointless meetings daily taking away from time to get the loads of work done. - The system that packaging plant works in (Radius) is a joke. Its very slow moving, to get anything done it takes FOREVER. I waste more time waiting for a job ticket to print daily or download a report than anything. - Lead times are insane right now which gives CAMs a headache trying to plan any type of job done.
