they gave us lunch once a month

They are very hierarchical. No women in leadership. Meetings are uncomfortable due to bullying. They bring in talent and they drive them out. They promise clients software products that does not exist. These positive reviews are fake. If you are not part of the "gang" or do not speak Hindu, you will definitely not last.

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
