The lack of organization, the lack of tasks filter, the horrible pressure and the feeling you are going to get fired anytime, the clueless orders from the lead, the lack of appreciation, yell, the lack of communication, the lack of support material, the lack of a proper way of having the issues solved. These are few problems you'll face among so many others that the team faces every single day. No chance of growth, benefits are mediocre and forget about personal life. Everyday is a war, the pay is very low and be ready to work 10hs to 14hs everyday without extra.
