Pros

The company is growing and is still pre-IPO. So, anything I say here may only hold true for so long (for better or for worse).

Cons

Leadership gushed about a company-vision that was incredibly eager. Qualtrics knows how to host a hip party (search for "X4 Summit 2018" and find the promo video for Qualtrics' annual conference for their customers) and makes a slick marketing brochure, but the company lacked strategy and tactical chops. I slowly became disillusioned with what we sold and its hype, but I *left* because Qualtrics leadership was floating high in their hot air balloon with no signs of turning the flame down— 10+ months after the supposed “XM platform” was announced, the "XM" concept remained mostly word-salad tossed into marketing materials and around in internal meetings while most of our product portfolio and service offerings remained unchanged. Is any of this so awful? No.... but it was exhausting to grit my teeth through, and I'm relieved to have moved on from Qualtrics.

Thank you for making time to share your feelings. It's important to us to understand all perspectives. The Qualtrics XM Platform is used by 8500 companies in over 90 countries, helping some of the world's most innovative organizations transform the way they manage the experience of their customers and employees. We announced the XM Platform in March with an additional announcement of Qualtrics iQ (stats, text, driver) a short time later and continually innovate on the platform.

Pros

Enjoy the changes silver lake has made. We are getting more efficient and back to what Qualtrics is really good at.

Cons

A lot of change can be frustrating at times, but necessary

Pros

Fantastic people work there and it's a good place to start your career. The workplace perks are decent, there are snacks and lunches provided at the office. There are also good accommodations for mental health, religious observances, and nursing mothers.

Cons

The company pivoted to "business need" as a reason for promo. Promotions are now seemingly few and far between despite higher level individuals leaving. Recent restructuring has left those still working at the company with less time to do actual client work and more time being spent documenting the work done. ELT doesn't seem to actually listen and instead performs listening theatre.
