Pros
As a salesperson, it's a great place to work. You have a lot of autonomy to do whats right for the customer and be creative in the sales process. There is a lot of support to help you get things done - a very sales focussed organisation. Lots of incentives, team events and stuff to get involved in out of the day-to-day work. Targets are aggressive, but there is a lot of help to get you there.
Cons
It's a fast growing business, quickly outgrowing a lot of business processes. Sometimes the lag in changing / improving these processes causes frustration and slows sales down / irritates the customer. The business recognises this and I believe they are trying to change it.
