      Pros

      Great people, challenging work, fun customer interactions.

      Cons

      Constant whiplash between strategies, objectives, plans, etc. Big push for RTO, then nothing. PE purchase being spun as best thing since sliced bread but was a failure for our competitor. Need to be part of the 'in crowd' to even have a chance at promotion / new role.

      Enjoy the changes silver lake has made. We are getting more efficient and back to what Qualtrics is really good at.

      Great people to work with. Office culture and benefits are excellent. Clients bring variation to the job and interesting work

      Cons

      Limited mobility opportunities — typically comes from someone leaving and opening a spot instead of based on your job performance. Can get boring working on the same clients for years.
