Unqualified people are promoted into leadership based on ego, not competence. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be managed by someone who enables toxic behavior while gaslighting their team. - The company is clearly going downhill. Layoffs, poor decision-making at the top, and a culture of fear and compliance instead of innovation and trust. - HR is useless. Don’t expect protection, support, or basic decency. They work for the company, not for the employees. - Discrimination is real. I was treated unfairly due to a disability, and when I raised concerns, I was ignored, sidelined, and made to feel like the problem.
