Fast paced environment Good, honest, supportive and talented colleagues Opportunities across various projects which some people switch between, majority stay focused in certain departments/products.

Staying with a project/feature through to completion can lead to some long days although fairly typical for IT and growing companies. Direct communication is encouraged, which some people struggle with while others thrive.

The people seem like they wanna get it right on the surface but dig deeper.

There were a lot of gaps in how the management would deal with bugs and major issues. Certain people were placed in management positions who had no emotional intelligence or ability to provide constructive feedback making it hard to be successful in the position. There were some processes that were a bit antiquated for the industry and there could be smarter ways to manage projects and people.
