We're glad the environment and social benefits landed well. On progression, our headcount has grown from 60 to 90 since 2023, with an average promotion rate of 2.2% and active pathways across roles and locations.
Our structure is meaningful and intentional. As we have scaled across multiple locations, we have invested in management capability to ensure teams are well supported, and performance is consistent across the business.
On inclusion, we are proud of the environment we are building: 17 nationalities, 63% women, parity at leadership and management level, cross-training across departments, and open pathways for everyone. The nature of inclusion and diversity is that there is always more to learn and improve, and we welcome that challenge.
