Pros

This organization does a great job of showing appreciation and valuing employees. The culture at this organization is very welcoming and engaging and the people I work alongside make each day very enjoyable.

Cons

It is a large organization so sometimes it can be difficult to see all the good things that are happening.

Pros

Strong and respected brand in the compressed air industry Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development High-quality products and solutions Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships Overall, Quincy Compressor is a solid company to work for, and I would recommend it to individuals looking for a career with a well-established organization that values its employees and customers.

Cons

Occasional communication challenges and administrative processes can sometimes be slower than expected, but overall, they do not outweigh the positives of working here.

Pros

Not much is left that is positive. I guess the commission plan is pretty good. That will probably be changing.

Cons

Upper management is horrible, especially on the service side. I have been here over ten years and every new President is a step backwards. Nobody wants to make a commitment on anything. Every direction is delivered half baked and vague as can be. The relationship between sales and ops is non existent. There is people that will retire here without doing any work a day in their lives. If you play nice and don’t raise any issues your ordained as a good citizen. Try to point out shortcomings or things that can be improved and you will be singled out and eventually forced out. They recently started a branch improvement initiative. All it is just another form of micromanaging from the corporate office in Alabama down to the regions. 10% of the people do 90% of the work…..
