I sincerely suggest not to join this company don't ruin your career by joining this place ."This work can be done by RACK PICKERS if none of you(employees) come to office'' these words are said by the Sirisha Gummaregulla,COO herself in a meeting. You are not treated well by the management. You are locked in a jail environment as soon as your start your day in office.No encouragement for new ideas the management want employees only to work likely donkeys.The management is minting crores of rupees based on employee hard work but no proper treatment for employees.Lot of partiality n bias during performance appraisals.I SINCERELY REQUEST ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAS AN OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY TO RETHINK BEFORE JOINING.
