Pros

1. Pay scale. 2. Learning phase at 1st year. Note: DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WASTING YOUR SECOND YEAR.

Cons

One should write a blog about the cons. As I mentioned in the title, if you want to boost your political career then this will be your Harvard/ Cambridge / Oxford. Career @Quislex is like a bloody hellhound ride. Well, I wish I could depict the atmosphere at quislex through words. Anyway better late than never. Lets try... 1. Project Management nowadays appears like a bloody pimp job. They always try to promote and push forward somebody who doesn't even know the basics about legal work. For career growth, one has to put lots of premium level engine oil in manager's engines. For those whoever intends to join here and look for a short term career growth kindly make a note with red highlights: You have to, I repeat, you have to get involved in partying and boozing with the managers. 2. There are few guys employed at the senior level only, by the company. From the very beginning of your career they start following you like the famous 'Hutch' doggies with a slightly different motto 'whatever you do, we poke'. As a senior level employee (yeah I do work here for more than 5 years, curse me), I don't even know their qualifications. Definitely not legal, definitely not engineering background. I am still thinking about their qualifications while writing this review... Ohh gosh, forget it. Back in the business again, what can I say more! Ladies and gentlemen, (claps) welcome to the Quality Department of Quislex. 3. To know HR policy@quislex, you have to read classics like 'Uncle Tom's Cabin', cause there's nothin' documented here and the employees are treated as slaves. Every now and then these guys modify the HR policy and trust me, none for employee benefits. Claps again, ladies n gentlemen welcome to the HR Dept.

Pros

NO PROS ALL CONS ONLY CANT EVEN THINK OF PROS EVEN IF I WANT TO . VERY TROUBLESOME ENVIRONMENT .

Cons

I sincerely suggest not to join this company don't ruin your career by joining this place ."This work can be done by RACK PICKERS if none of you(employees) come to office'' these words are said by the Sirisha Gummaregulla,COO herself in a meeting. You are not treated well by the management. You are locked in a jail environment as soon as your start your day in office. No encouragement for new ideas the management want employees only to work likely donkeys. The management is minting crores of rupees based on employee hard work but no proper treatment for employees.Lot of partiality n bias during performance appraisals.I SINCERELY REQUEST ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAS AN OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY TO RETHINK BEFORE JOINING. "BONDED LABOUR"
