      Pros

      - Great sense of community although now and then it seems kind of forced... that's about it. The creative people there are incredibly talented, but they get frustrated and leave soon after working there by the cons below.

      Cons

      - Management ineptness is rampant and decisions are never properly made. - Too many chefs in the kitchen but no food ever get's made. I experienced "Analysis paralysis" while I was there. - They don't listen to their people, instead they only say yes to the client even though much of what they say yes to is impossible to achieve.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
