Till 2024, it was fun but also work, people used to come office & used to be innovative.
Cons
Since Jan 2025, Difficult deadline after restructure work life balance is bad, only work work work. Management think with Copilot or Claude everything can be done in one week. - Shout Out, email appreciation, Thank you note, but still No increments (hardly 1-2%)
