At RPI, you acquire the skills to connect with clients, colleagues, and vendors, creating a valuable network for future endeavors. These skills encompass the ability to communicate with colleagues and friends and family about issues like inadequate compensation at RPI, a lack of work-life balance, and leadership's suppression of meaningful career discussions. Moreover, juggling the demands of over a dozen clients is a unique skill set that RPI provides, as I am confident you will not find that kind of volume on one person’s shoulders at a respected firm. In summary, RPI equips individuals with the tools to communicate effectively in various contexts, whether it's discussing negative mental health with colleagues, explaining work-related burnout to friends and family, or efficiently managing one's time on the weekends to meet billable goals.
