Excellent pay. Overtime if that's what you want - you have to do it anyway (get paid for it). Excellent location
Cons
The software we've built is beyond rubbish! Ancient technologies & non-working methodologies. Demo day once a week - an entire boring day, just pretending that you listen at what people have to say. Management is beyond ancient, long before the days of "waterfall". Micromanangement. Work is so boring and unfullfilling. There is no worse job in the world than this job.
