Pros
Excellent place to learn the necessary skills to be successful in the exhibition sector. Pretty forward thinking when it comes to event innovation and brand development, some really cool brands to work on and some being acquired. Strong international structure, good coordination between divisions. Friendly office environment and culture.
Cons
Bonus scheme and wage structure is not necessarily transparent and lags behind some competitors. Training and development is limited in parts. Some of the more talented staff are lured away by better salaries elsewhere, leaving a layer of less capable staff in areas.
