Pros
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Reed. It was a great jumping point for my career and helped me develop a lot of necessary business skills. The micro-management was helpful when first learning, but became frustrating after growth. Developed lots of friendships and connections. Great travel experience. It was always hard work - but fun too. Benefits are very good, pay is horrific. Left because of the pay and now making double what I was making at Reed, doing the same amount of work for another company. However, it feels necessary to mention I needed the skills learned from Reed to get here. Would recommend the company for this reason, and the C-suite has always been involved and interested in helping each person advance their career, even if it's not at Reed. Good experience overall.
Cons
Pay is far too little for work required. Micro-management even after seeing growth in individuals.
