      Pros

      Lots of great people who care about the brand and the company, Marketing team, Retail team. Brand connector.

      Cons

      Threatening environment for people to work in. CEO is only there to roll the stock and make himself money. He is a liability to the company. Abusive to staff.

      Thank you for your candid feedback and we respect all opinions. We have a charismatic CEO who believes passionately in our business and this enthusiasm can sometimes be misconstrued. We have a culture of respect which is disseminated from top down and without a passionate team our success would not be possible.

      Nothing there is remotely good

      Cons

      CEO was abusive to staff, money hungry for himself and didn't care about anyone but himself. Horrible culture exemplified from the top down. CEO preaches that its about respecting our universe when he disrespects everyone else's on a daily basis. No wonder extremely shaky future outlook for the company. CEO keeps upping common share amounts just to stay afloat and RYU is still millions in the hole as of Sept 2018. Look into this company before you apply because job security is something I would be extremely worried about, you might be fired for no reason or the company might go under soon. Wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy.
