Pros
The company wants to do great things, there are some great people that work there and these are the only things that are still holding the company together.
Cons
The company needs to get a handle on everything that they do. There are bullies starting from the very top to the very bottom. HR doesn't have a clue, and refuses to accept that fact. They are to busy trying to run three different business' under one roof to focus on this one. The benefits plan is bare basic, the pay is lower than standard, no bonuses or raises given out. They don't acknowledge work well done and only reprimand when they feel an employee has done something that is not up to the Leaderships standard. There is a culture of fear and distrust, every day employees go into work unsure if they are going to have a job at the end of the day, because Leadership may have a fit about something and fire everyone on the spot because he is upset. They feed you lunch because they don't ever want you to leave, its frowned upon to go for lunch or coffee or even leave your desk. If you aren't bum in seat for 9+ hours a day, you aren't working hard enough. There is no such thing as personal space or time when you work there.
