The company’s strategic direction lacks stability. Go to market approaches frequently shift, and the technology roadmap, particularly in the public cloud area, seems reactive to competitors rather than focused on differentiation or innovation. Compensation Base salaries are competitive, but variable compensation is unpredictable. Commission calculations are handled centrally, and there have been multiple instances of changes to formulas or policies without prior communication. When discrepancies occur, employees are often left to resolve them individually, with minimal local support.
