    - Culture is like no other - Rookie O is one of a kind - CEO seems to truly want whats best for the company - Employees actually care about their job and take training seriously

    Cons

If you're a new hire you will struggle with success. All good accounts are giving to tenured reps who will never leave. Belittles employees. Makes you feel dumb for asking a question. Not approachable. Doesn't know how to tailor coaching style by the personality of the individual rep. Go back to being a Enterprise rep. You need to work in your own boat and not lead a team. 90% of her team has left. If I was a company looking at retention or cared about retention I would go back to question her hard.
