This company has an incompetent coward as top Managers for food diagnostics who works from their HQ in Northern Ireland. Managers have not surprisingly only worked at Randox for their whole career and are the owner Peter's pet dogs or else they would have been fired in less than a month working at any other company. Managers have no integrity and no skills in selling and yet they boss subordinate managers to do their dirty work like mostly ordering sales reps to do this and that and fire on their cowardly behalf for no major reason at all. They also ordered millions of rapid antigen tests without consulting with his US team first and in a cocky manner thinking Americans are going to be begging Randox to buy these RATs at bloated prices when we already have many millions from other companies already in the US. I can go on about how messed up this company is but I will do you a favour. If you are thinking of working for Randox, STOP! Do not waste your time and energy in a company that bosses people from Northern Ireland. As importantly they do not listen to their sales reps intelligence or input from the US or globally. They think their patented products are the best thing in the world and one size fits all solution. In reality, they do not make any attempts to understand or respect the rest of the worlds cultures and how they order products and what is important to them. From day one, they train you to sell their products for your country without asking you questions about what is important to your customers. This company is a joke. Be careful...you'll thank me later.
