We are disappointed that your experience with the Rank Group was not what it could have been, we take pride in trying to create an environment where everyone matters. We invest a great deal of time and energy into building great experiences for every colleague that we employ, and I am disappointed that you feel your own experience fell short of that. We have invested in management training and development to give our managers the tools to act with integrity and professionalism and we trust they do all they can to meet this expectation.
